Italia also sells fresh locally grown eggs. They are fantastic. The egg yolk is raised (as expected in AA+ grade eggs). The yolks are creamy and the color is a nice deep orange/yellow color. The whites are actually fluffy when cooked. These eggs provide superior baking results as well. I highly recommend trying them. You will see and taste the difference.
